Based in a vibrant office, you will build strong client relationships, develop tailored marketing strategies, coordinate with internal teams, and monitor performance to ensure campaigns meet objectives and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience as Account Manager or in a similar marketing/account management role.
• Strong marketing knowledge and ability to deliver campaigns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand clients' business goals and develop tailored marketing strategies to support growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to retain, develop, and grow client accounts.
• Present marketing plans, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Ensure all activity is aligned with agreed objectives and delivers measurable value.
• Resolve client queries and challenges professionally and proactively.
• Support business growth through excellent account management and client retention.
