Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact, providing clear, proactive updates and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams (account management, data processing, programming) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Uphold high standards in deliverables, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Contribute to optimising workflows, creating documentation, and training team members.
  • Assist with pre-sales discussions and identify opportunities for additional services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in market research project management, with a proven track record of delivering full-service projects.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Expertise in sampling, audience targeting, and data collection methodologies.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with questionnaire design across various study types (ad hoc, tracking, diary, iHUT).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and market research tools (e.g., Confirmit, Forsta, SPSS).
  • A proactive approach to process improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
