Responsibilities

• Supervise market setup, breakdown, and site cleanliness on market days, including space allocation.
• Manage electrical supply for stallholders.
• Distribute marketing and promotional materials to stallholders.
• Compile Market Reports and submit to the Admin Team after each event.
• Audit stallholders to ensure compliance with authorised goods.
• Engage with stallholders, customers, and others to address enquiries and promote market activities.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare post-market reports.
• Consider weather conditions and make safety-related decisions.
• Coordinate with the Admin Team to develop market site plans.
• Monitor inventory and place timely orders with the Admin Team.
• Manage and escalate complaints.
• Work with leadership to plan upcoming Markets and Festivals.
• Appointed First Aider – First point of call.
