Job Title: Customer & Market Insights Innovation Lead

Location: Reading - Awaiting confirmation on onsite requirements

Sector: Global Biotech

FTE: 3 days per week (may flex to 4/5 during busy periods)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer & Market Insights Innovation Lead to join a leading global biotechnology company preparing for major product launches in the UK & Ireland. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high unmet medical needs, including postnatal depression and Alzheimer’s disease.

The position combines analytical expertise, commercial strategy, and innovative thinking. It involves translating complex data into actionable insights and working collaboratively with senior stakeholders across functions.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Identifying, sourcing, and analyzing diverse datasets, both traditional and emerging
2. Generating insights through advanced modeling and forecasting techniques
3. Presenting data-driven narratives to inform strategic decisions
4. Collaborating with regional and global teams on performance tracking and reporting
5. Utilizing data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) for effective communication

Key Requirements:

1. Strong background in pharma, biotech, or life sciences consulting
2. Proven experience in forecasting, market analysis, or customer & market insights
3. Proficiency in Excel modeling and Power BI or similar visualization tools
4. Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
5. A passion for innovation, curiosity, and proactive problem solving
