Job Title: Customer & Market Insights Innovation Lead

Location: Reading - Awaiting confirmation on onsite requirements

FTE: 3 days per week (may flex to 4/5 during busy periods)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer & Market Insights Innovation Lead to join a leading global biotechnology company preparing for major product launches in the UK & Ireland.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a forward-thinking team dedicated to addressing high unmet medical needs, including postnatal depression and Alzheimer’s disease.

The position combines analytical rigor, commercial strategy, and innovative thinking, perfect for someone who excels at translating complex data into strategic decisions and enjoys collaborating across functions with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and analyze diverse datasets (traditional and emerging)
• Generate actionable insights through advanced modeling and forecasting
• Present clear narratives to support strategic business decisions
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on performance tracking and reporting
• Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to communicate insights effectively

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences consulting
• Proven track record in forecasting, market analysis, or customer & market insights
• Advanced Excel modeling and Power BI (or similar tools) experience
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• A passion for innovation, curiosity, and proactive problem solving
