Job Title: Customer & Market Insights Innovation Lead

Location: Reading - Awaiting confirmation on onsite requirements

Sector: Global Biotech

FTE: 3 days per week (may flex to 4/5 during busy periods)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer & Market Insights Innovation Lead to join a leading global biotechnology company preparing for major product launches in the UK & Ireland.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team focused on high unmet medical needs, including postnatal depression and Alzheimer’s disease.

The position combines analytical rigor, commercial strategy, and innovative thinking. It is ideal for someone who excels at translating complex data into strategic decisions and enjoys collaborating with senior stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, sourcing, and analyzing diverse datasets (traditional and emerging)
• Generating actionable insights through advanced modeling and forecasting
• Presenting clear narratives to support strategic business decisions
• Collaborating with regional and global teams on performance tracking and reporting
• Utilizing data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) for effective communication

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences consulting
• Proven track record in forecasting, market analysis, or customer & market insights
• Advanced Excel modeling and Power BI (or similar tools) experience
• Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• A passion for innovation, curiosity, and proactive problem solving
