Job summary

Veson Nautical is seeking a Software Support Analyst to provide technical support for its leading maritime shipping software. You will research and troubleshoot issues, assist clients by phone, email, web sessions, and in person, and document daily reported issues in our bug tracking system.

You will collaborate with consulting and project management resources to execute client engagements and identify opportunities for existing customers. Strong writing and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ in-house software support or related experience (ERP/finance/operations preferred).
• Maritime studies or related field at BSc/MSc level.
• Experience with fleet/operations software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on Veson software and the maritime industry.
• Handle support inquiries from creation to resolution in a timely, quality manner.
• Collaborate with teams to diagnose technical issues and document solutions.
