Job summary

Raymarine, part of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, seeks a Product Support Specialist in Fareham, UK. You will handle telephone enquiries, CRM/email queries, and assist with returns/re-pairs while working with engineering, development, and sales teams to ensure excellent customer support.

Qualifications

• Good PC literacy and telephony skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience with remote support tools (e.g. AnyDesk).

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone enquiries and provide support for Raymarine/Thermal Maritime products.
• Manage Customer Record Management (CRM) and email queries, support team colleagues, and assist with returns and re-pairs processes when applicable.
• Conduct in-field service visits and perform full technical triage; escalate issues to appropriate teams.
• Attend Boat Shows and industry events where required.
• Support engineering teams and contribute to product improvement through technical expertise and customer feedback.
• Deliver technical training for customers and mentor team members.
