Job summary

GARMIN (EUROPE) LIMITED is seeking a Marine Product Specialist to join our Marine Technical Support team in Eastleigh. You will work in a busy call centre, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support to customers, dealers and distributors.

You will handle pre- and post-sales queries, contribute to testing units to resolve issues, and help the team meet daily performance targets while expanding your knowledge of Garmin Marine Technology.

Qualifications

• Technical Marine background would be desirable but not essential

• Assist with the Sales and Marketing team during the Marine Boat show

Job description

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 -17:30

Salary: £30,444 per annum

As part of our friendly and knowledgeable team of Marine Product Specialists, you'll work closely with customers, dealers, and distributors, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support.

Purpose of the Job:

• This role exists within a busy call centre environment in the Marine Technical Support team.
• You will be responsible for answering technical Marine queries, providing both pre and post-sales support.
• You will also be part of a second level support team, assisting the rest of EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa at a high level.
• Responsible for meeting daily team and personal performance targets to ensure we are delivering a good customer service to our consumers.
• Support with testing units to resolve customer issues.
