Qualifications

• Experience with international programmes and MOD partners.
• Experience with UK Submarine In-Service Support and maintenance delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience delivering projects within a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with UK Industry Partners to derive and implement BMP(RD) sustainment methods.
• Support SDG Sustainment operations and governance.
• Coordinate with Tri-Lateral stakeholders and respond to information requests.
• Engage with MOD stakeholders and industry on contract changes.
• Compare current BMP planning with WA delivery requirements.
• Support management and governance meetings.
• Develop SDG Deployed Maintenance CONOPS and management plans.
• Produce reports and proposals for SDG leadership.
• Supervise junior team members and review outputs.
• Support trilateral meetings and governance arrangements for Sustainment.
