Job summary

OneOcean is seeking a creative Instructional Designer to craft impactful learning experiences for a maritime audience. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Visual Designers, Courseware Developers and SMEs to design engaging learning journeys that optimise user engagement and outcomes.

You will refurbish the legacy library into interactive, maritime-focused eLearning, applying ADDIE and agile practices while ensuring content aligns with company goals and instructional design standards.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in instructional design.
• Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in learning production processes and content management.
• Familiarity with ADDIE and agile practices.
• Knowledge of authoring tools and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses to identify learning gaps and objectives.
