Job summary

Careers On The Thames is seeking a Director of Maritime Infrastructure & Facilities to lead the Maritime Infrastructure Department and ensure safe, efficient operation of piers, assets and offices. The role requires strategic oversight of budgets, regulatory compliance and partner relationships, including third-party contractors, tenants and Landlords as applicable.

Experience in safety, operations and customer service excellence.
Extensive marine knowledge and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the Maritime Infrastructure Department and act as the designated person for EMPROC.
Oversee day-to-day operations to meet contractual obligations with safety and efficiency, including staff training and risk assessments.
Manage maritime assets, piers, equipment, and offices, with maintenance, lifecycle planning and outsourcing as needed.
Develop business cases, budgets, procurement and contract management for the department.
Coordinate with London Cruise and Yacht operations and support marine logistics for cruise ship activities.
