• Develop and deliver the Maritime Transport Assurance Strategy, aligning HSSEQ with business goals and safe growth.
• Lead HSSEQ, Marine Assurance and Risk Management across a diverse international operation.
• Provide independent assurance and challenge to the Maritime Transport Leadership Team.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Oversee compliance with maritime regulations, standards and management system certifications.
• Own and improve the maritime risk governance framework and risk assessments.
