Job summary

Executive Integrity's client, a growing ship owner, seeks a Fleet Manager to ensure technical excellence, safety, and performance across diverse vessel types. You will provide remote and on-board support, monitor performance, budgets, and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates are qualified Marine Engineers with shore-based tech experience, ability to manage multiple vessel types, and strong problem-solving and cross-team leadership skills; IT literacy and a proactive mindset

Qualifications

Qualified Marine Engineer with shore-based technical experience.
Experience managing multiple vessel types is advantageous (dry bulk, tanker, LPG).
Strong opex control experience and end-to-end dry-dock execution capability.
Proactive problem-solver with analytical strength and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Provide technical oversight and problem resolution for fleet operations.
Monitor vessel performance, KPIs, and budgets to ensure operational excellence.
Deliver remote and onboard technical support to minimise downtime.
Oversee inspections, vetting, and compliance with international safety and regulatory standards.
Lead during repairs, incidents, and emergency response situations.
