Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Design Engineer (Maritime) in Portsmouth. You will produce technical designs, calculations and documentation for maritime infrastructure, supporting projects through all lifecycle stages and coordinating with clients and stakeholders to deliver practical engineering solutions.

The role suits an engineer with consultancy experience looking to develop technical expertise in the maritime sector and progress toward senior leadership within a growing

Qualifications

Degree in Civil, Structural, Marine or Coastal Engineering.
Experience designing for civil, structural or maritime projects.
Experience supporting projects through design to completion.
Must be commutable to Portsmouth.

Responsibilities

Produce technical designs, engineering calculations and supporting documentation for maritime infrastructure projects.
Support projects through the full lifecycle from concept to implementation and completion.
Collaborate with clients, contractors and stakeholders to deliver innovative engineering solutions.
Attend site visits and develop technical, commercial and project management expertise within a growing consultancy.
