Job summary

Ocean Infinity is seeking a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of a mature but fast-evolving maritime autonomous systems product line. This role combines product definition and roadmap ownership with cross-functional coordination to ensure customer requirements drive delivery and strategic direction.

• Proven experience in product management and roadmapping.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
• Strong communication across engineering, delivery, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for maritime autonomous systems.
• Act as the primary interface between engineering teams and customer-facing account managers, translating requirements into clear definitions.
• Maintain long-term technical and functional coherence of the product line, avoiding fragmentation.
• Own the product requirements, backlog, and acceptance criteria, ensuring delivered capability aligns with intent.
• Support programme delivery by resolving product-level trade-offs and enabling timely decisions across stakeholders.
• Contribute to bid and business development activity with technical product input and roadmapping.
