Job summary

STARK is seeking a Product Manager for Maritime to own software-defined maritime capabilities and sensor suites. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with System Engineering, Project Delivery, and Operations to translate operational requirements into mass-scalable platforms for NATO maritime superiority.

You will lead SITL/HITL testing, manage the product lifecycle from prototype to deployment, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the maritime portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex maritime/defence systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate regulatory requirements.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a UK security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of software-defined maritime capabilities and sensor suites.
• Direct integration of advanced sensors and autonomous software across teams.
• Define testing strategies (SITL, HITL, full HW/SW integrations).
• Lead market analysis to identify platform opportunities for NATO allies.
• Manage lifecycle from prototype to deployment and acceptance.
