Wärtsilä’s Water and Waste (WAW) business unit is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Service Delivery team in Poole, Dorset. You will provide expert technical support, manage field service operations, and drive customer satisfaction across marine and industrial systems.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical marine engineering background (HND/HNC or equivalent).
• Proven experience in technical support, troubleshooting and field service.
• Strong ability to read P&ID, mechanical and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert technical support across the WAW product line and resolve customer issues.
• Coordinate field service operations with Field Service Engineers and contractors.
• Provide quotations, manage service orders and document in SAP.
