Matchtech Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead marine infrastructure projects in the UK. You will coordinate production staff and subcontractors to deliver on time, safely and within budget.

You will plan, monitor, and report progress, maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards, and supporting a culture of professional development. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' project experience within marine or civil engineering.
• Proven PM experience delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Strong written and verbal communication with staff, managers, suppliers and customers.
• Strong organizational skills for planning and coordinating multiple project elements.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, diagrams and specifications.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Ability to obtain BPSS and SC clearance.

Responsabilités

• Manage marine infrastructure projects, supervising production staff and subcontractors to meet quality, safety, timekeeping and conduct standards.
• Prepare detailed project plans and monitor hours, materials, and subcontracted activities against scope to ensure delivery on time and budget.
• Plan and monitor project programmes, costs, labour, materials and equipment for smooth workflow and uninterrupted delivery.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and flag risks, delays or issues affecting cost, safety, programme or completion.
• Purchase and manage consumables, plant and materials to support projects and ensure continuity.
• Liaise with customers to understand and meet project requirements throughout the lifecycle.
