Ocean Infinity seeks a Network Systems Lead to design, build and secure the networking, communications, and data pathways for our USV and AUV systems. This hybrid role combines systems engineering, network and comms engineering, and network security to ensure high‑performance, secure data links between autonomous platforms, motherships, operators, cloud services and onboard sensors.

You will guide architecture roadmaps, document IP networks, and collaborate with cross‑discipline teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Defence sector experience required.
• Degree in Networking or related field.
• Strong secure network architecture experience.

Responsabilités

• Act as SME for network architecture.
• Define secure network solutions for customer missions.
• Document end-to-end communications for USVs/AUVs (radio, satcom, cellular, mesh, Wi‑Fi, acoustic).
• Define IP architectures, VLANs, firewall rules, QoS, bandwidth, encryption.
• Produce system communications requirements and conduct tech trade studies.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software and autonomy teams.
• Support operations with technical expertise and tailored missions.
