Qualifications

• Target: penultimate year with 2:1 honours in a relevant discipline.
• Disciplines include Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering.
• Integrated master's program considered; eligible for placement starting July 2027.

Responsabilités

• Support the production of marine engines and generators.
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Resolve production-related problems and optimize routings.
• Learn and apply Caterpillar Production System (CPS).
• Liaise with shop floor operators and designers on assembly/manufacture.
