Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years' experience in vessel construction and marine engineering projects.
• Proven experience supervising marine fitters and mechanical trades.
• Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations of the Marine Engineering/Fitting department.
• Supervise installation and maintenance of marine machinery.
• Ensure machinery alignment meets specifications.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Inspect completed work for quality compliance.
• Liaise with teams to align activities with project requirements.
• Promote teamwork and a strong safety culture.
