Job summary

The National Oceanography Centre in Liverpool is seeking a part-time Business Data Manager to support commercial software and data products, manage customer enquiries, quotes and invoicing, and maintain relationships with diverse clients. Hybrid working with some home-based days is available.

You will collaborate with software developers, marine scientists and business staff, using HubSpot and Unit4, with a STEM degree and strong data skills to deliver reliable information and high-quality

Qualifications

• Background in a STEM subject to degree or equivalent.
• Experience using MS Office and data preparation for reports.
• Experience selling to, supporting and advising customers on software and data (crm/sales).

Responsibilities

• Support customers with software and data enquiries from first contact through quotes and invoicing.
• Set up software to meet customer needs and maintain strong relationships.
• Create training videos and information sheets to complement HubSpot use.
