Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Automation and Testing Senior Associate in the Margin Services team to drive operational efficiencies through automation and data-driven testing. You will support monthly testing cycles, collaborate with custodians and brokers, and test account readiness before go-live.

The role offers exposure to Intelligent Automation tools and ML/AI, with opportunities to work across operational teams and interact with senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analytics platforms (Tableau, Alteryx, QlikSense, Instabase, Databricks).
• Strong analytical skills to source, analyze, and visualize data for actionable outcomes.
• Numerate with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining processing, analytics, visualization, and reporting solutions.
• Help integrate and manage data from multiple sources ensuring data quality and accessibility.
• Collaborate with technology and operations to deliver process efficiencies.
• Share knowledge and best practices to promote continuous learning and excellence.
• Monitor data metrics and prepare reports and recommendations for improvements.
• Adhere to data governance, security, and compliance standards to protect information.
• Identify and resolve data issues, optimizing data structures for performance.
• Support testing for new custodian and broker onboarding to Margin Services.
