Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Automation and Testing Senior Associate in the Margin Services team in the United Kingdom. You will drive operational efficiencies and scalability by delivering automation solutions and supporting monthly testing cycles with custodians and brokers before go-live.

Collaborating across technology and operations, you will gain exposure to Intelligent Automation tools and ML/AI experts while developing your skills and supporting senior decision makers.

Qualifications

• Experience with data and analytics platforms such as Tableau, Alteryx, QlikSense, Instabase, or Data Bricks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to source, analyze, and visualize data sets for actionable outcomes.
• Highly numerate with good keyboard and core systems (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining processing, analytics, visualization, and reporting solutions.
• Help integrate and manage data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology and operations to deliver process efficiencies.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and excellence by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Monitor key data metrics and assist in preparing reports and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Adhere to data governance, permissions, and compliance standards to protect sensitive information.
• Identify and help resolve data-related issues, optimizing data structures and processes for improved performance.
• Drive and support the testing requirements associated with new custodian and broker on boards to Margin Services.
