Career Makers Inc. is seeking a time-served CNC machinist to operate Mazak Integrex turning and milling centres, delivering precision components to tight tolerances.

You will apply strong ISO programming knowledge and read complex drawings to ensure quality from setup through inspection. We value a methodical, team-focused approach, experience with stainless steels and superalloys, and proficiency with precision gauging and CMM systems to verify outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' time-served setting and/or operating experience in precision manufacturing.
• Experience on multi-axis CNC turn/mill centres.
• Experience with twin-spindle machines.
• Strong ISO programming knowledge.
• Experience reading technical drawings and documentation.
• Gauging experience, including hard gauging and CMM.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

• Produce precision-engineered components to fine tolerances.
• Machine stainless steels and heat-resistant superalloys.
• Use hard gauging and CMM equipment to verify product quality.

The Role

Set up and operate Mazak Integrex machine tools to produce precision components to fine tolerances. The role requires strong multi-axis turn/mill experience, a thorough understanding of ISO programming, and a methodical approach to machining, inspection and quality.

Essential Experience

• Time-served CNC machinist with a minimum of 5 years' setting and/ or operating experience in precision manufacturing.
• Setting and operating multi-axis CNC turn/mill machining centres.
• Setting and operating twin-spindle machines.
• Strong understanding of ISO programming.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation.
• Precision gauging experience, including hard gauging and CMM systems.
• Competent in Microsoft Office.

Desirable Experience

• Knowledge of Mazatrol Smooth controls.
• Experience of twin-turret machining.

Shift Pattern

3 x 12-hour day shifts per week on a rotating weekly shift pattern.
