Job summary

Avtron Power Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer in Stamford to develop and deliver technical training across production operations. You will onboard new hires, deliver OJT, and drive ongoing skills development to meet safety, quality and technical standards.

You will work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering and People & Culture to identify training needs and support continuous improvement across operations, maintaining records and qualifications for a skilled

Qualifications

• Experience in technical training, manufacturing, engineering or production environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear training materials.
• Proven ability to manage training programmes and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver structured technical training programmes including onboarding, OJT and refresher training.
• Provide hands-on training covering production processes, equipment and quality standards.
• Maintain skills matrices, training records and qualification paths.
• Create and update training materials, work instructions and job aids.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering and People & Culture to identify and close training gaps.
