Job summary

PowerToFly is seeking an Operations Associate to coordinate manufacturing and production processes on the line. You will monitor performance, coach operators, and ensure the production schedule is followed to meet customer requirements.

You will lead training initiatives, manage downtime proactively, and collaborate with NPI teams to prioritise builds while maintaining Quality Management System standards.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths, English and Science desirable.
• A minimum of 2 years’ manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Provides manufacturing, product and process coordination support to the line and trains trainers.
• Ensure team performance meets KPIs on safety, quality and productivity.
• Coach and give feedback to operators and manage production flow to meet the production plan.
• Lead the production schedule and align with the NPI teams to prioritise builds.
• Identify training priorities and execute the training plan with station staffing.
• Ensure Quality Management System compliance and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
