Job Description for Manufacturing Team Leader

Location: Londonderry, Northern Ireland, County Londonderry, Causeway Coast & Glens

Your new company

Your new role

As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will oversee daily production line operations, ensuring efficiency and safety. You will coordinate and supervise the production team, manage schedules, and aim to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards. Your responsibilities include driving continuous improvement initiatives, solving problems, and promoting a positive work environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least two years of supervisory or management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership skills and initiative in performance improvement and health & safety compliance
• Willingness to undertake rotational shifts (varying patterns based on business needs)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Desirable: SAP experience and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement
