Job summary

Hunter Selection are supporting a world-class aerospace manufacturer in Devon to recruit a Manufacturing Team Leader. You will lead production teams, drive operational excellence and champion continuous improvement to deliver safety, quality, delivery and productivity.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent.
• 3+ years' experience in Manufacturing or Operations.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement knowledge.
• Experience with Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, and 6S.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills using methodologies such as 8D or A3.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Team Leader to join a world-class aerospace manufacturing business at its Devon based facility.

Working within a highly innovative aerospace environment, you will lead production teams, drive operational excellence, and champion continuous improvement initiatives to deliver outstanding safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance.
