Job summary

Orion Electrotech Ltd in Yarnton is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to guide a skilled production team in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. You will ensure production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements are met while driving performance and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with engineering, quality, planning and operations, coaching and developing technicians and operators, monitoring metrics, and promoting health and safety and compliance with

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of manufacturing technicians and operators.
• Managing daily manufacturing activities to achieve business and customer objectives.
• Monitoring quality, productivity, and performance metrics.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing function.
• Identifying and resolving production issues to minimise downtime.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and company standards.
• Working closely with engineering, quality, planning, and operations teams.
