Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences in Bar Hill is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to lead a Production Operatives team on-site. You will drive operational excellence, coach the team, and collaborate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet targets and deliver continuous improvements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience in manufacturing KPIs across safety, quality, delivery and cost, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people management, coaching and development skills.
• Ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience tracking KPI performance across safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Hands-on problem solving and decision making.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems.
• Proficient IT skills including MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Production Operatives to meet manufacturing targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Warehouse teams.
• Coach and manage performance to build capability and engagement.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
