Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences in Bar Hill, United Kingdom, is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to lead a team of Production Operatives on-site. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong people management, and collaboration across Planning, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain to deliver business priorities. Experience with Lean and ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong people management, coaching and team development skills.
• Ability to influence, engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing and improving operational KPIs across safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Production Operatives to meet manufacturing objectives.
• Drive adherence to health, safety, quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Warehouse teams.
• Coach and develop team capability through training and performance management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
