Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences in Liverpool seeks a proactive maintenance engineer to run mechanical/electrical maintenance activities on site. You will support production, perform fault finding, and drive safety and Lean improvements while mentoring apprentices and managingMaintenance systems.

Qualifications

• Proven problem-solving abilities in mechanical/electrical maintenance.
• Excellent customer service skills for internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication to liaise with management and team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
• Interest in cross-skilling across maintenance domains.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SHEQ compliance, risk assessments, and permit-to-work procedures.
• Drive Lean initiatives, Visual Management, and 6S improvements.
• Complete planned maintenance on schedule.
• Provide production support including fault finding and small projects.
• Mentor Engineering Apprentices and support on-the-job learning.
• Administer the site maintenance system and provide analytics.
• Lead mechanically or electrically within the engineering team.
