Job summary

Rubix UKII is seeking a Stores/Insite support role in a manufacturing environment. Permanent, full-time position with training provided to develop strong relationships with site teams including engineering, procurement, and facilities managers.

The candidate should have experience in manufacturing or engineering environments, with a focus on stores management, stock planning, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Background in manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Full training will be provided.
• Experience in stores management processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily/weekly production and engineering meetings to understand site priorities.
• Follow stores management services and processes with customer site teams.
• Deliver agreed levels of customer service against site KPIs.
• Ensure clear understanding of stores management processes.
• Plan and manage stock with site teams to meet requirements.
