Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to keep production and manufacturing operations running smoothly and efficiently across our site. You will lead high-level production schedules, ensure food safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement with your team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll manage workflows, coach staff, and partner with other functions to meet distribution demands while maintaining compliance and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex manufacturing functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide production schedules and quality processes to ensure consistent product supply and meet safety standards.
• Provide training and coaching to colleagues to boost daily operational routines.
• Oversee performance targets across yield, output, and safety, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
• Solve complex site and machinery challenges and build strong cross-functional relationships.
