Job summary

tlg talent is seeking an organised and proactive Site Planner to join a growing manufacturing environment. You will take responsibility for production planning, scheduling and ensuring operational demands are met efficiently.

Develop daily, weekly and monthly production schedules, coordinate plans with procurement, manufacturing, logistics and commercial teams, and oversee MRP/ERP data to optimise flow and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, scheduling or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning processes.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent organisation, communication and time management.
• Proactive problem-solver able to manage competing priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily, weekly and monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate production plans against customer demand, forecasts and inventory requirements.
• Work with procurement, manufacturing, logistics and commercial teams to ensure materials and resources are available.
• Monitor production progress and manage scheduling changes, delays and constraints.
• Oversee material requirements, work orders and planning data through ERP/MRP systems.
