Job summary

tlg talent is seeking an organised and proactive Site Planner to join a growing manufacturing environment. You will take responsibility for production planning, scheduling and ensuring operational demands are met efficiently.

Develop daily, weekly and monthly production schedules, coordinate plans with procurement, manufacturing, logistics and commercial teams, and oversee MRP/ERP data to optimise flow and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, scheduling or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning processes.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent organisation, communication and time management.
• Proactive problem-solver able to manage competing priorities under pressure.

The Role:

• Develop and manage daily, weekly and monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate production plans against customer demand, sales forecasts and inventory requirements.
• Work closely with procurement, manufacturing, logistics and commercial teams to ensure materials and resources are available.
• Monitor production progress and proactively manage scheduling changes, delays and resource constraints.
• Oversee material requirements, work orders and planning data through ERP/MRP systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve production flow, operational efficiency and on-time delivery.

About You:

• Previous experience in production planning, scheduling or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills.
