Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the activities of the production floor under the direction of the assistant production manager.
• Supervise departmental production operations and ensure policy adherence.
• Follow process parameters specified by process engineers.
• Organize the team to meet production targets per schedule.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate shift activities to fulfill orders and inventory needs.
• Monitor equipment condition and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Complete operator maintenance tasks as directed by maintenance.
• Provide daily reports on safety, quality, quantity, and product types.
• Collaborate with HR and production management to train and discipline staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized production floor.
• Accept other tasks as assigned by the Company.
