Job Description:

The Manufacturing / Quality Operator will be responsible for quality inspection and packing of laminated (foiled) products as assigned by the Shift Co-ordinator.

Responsibilities include:
  • Perform quality checks and inspections on assigned products according to the quality plan.
  • Segregate non-conforming products from good production.
  • Communicate issues effectively to relevant personnel.
  • Record inspection data as per company procedures.
  • Alert relevant staff to process and product concerns.
  • Complete required training and development.
  • Safeguard company property.
  • Conduct visual quality inspections and specific quality checks/tests.
  • Pack laminated products according to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workplace following housekeeping procedures.
  • Share knowledge and skills with team members.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
  • Adhere to all policies, management systems, and legal responsibilities related to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
  • Foster good working relationships and represent the company positively.
  • Promote Epwin Core Values.
Skills and Experience Required:
