Job summary

Survitec Group Ltd. is seeking a Quality Engineer within Manufacturing to develop and implement quality controls, assessment mechanisms and measurement practices for production processes.

You will define quality standards, inspect and test materials and finished products, and partner with design, manufacturing, QHSE and external suppliers to ensure safety, compliance, and reliability across Survitec products.

Qualifications

• University degree level is required.
• 3+ years of job-related experience.
• 6 months supervising or advising others is useful.

Responsibilities

• Analyze design information and production methods to develop quality controls and ensure standards are met.
• Define quality framework, standards, tolerances for each product line and ensure safety performance.
• Assess production processes to meet standards with internal and third-party partners.
• Set inspection frequency and perform checks on materials, equipment, and processes; specify remedial actions.
• Manage relationships with design engineers, manufacturing teams, QHSE and contractors within contracts.
• Identify root causes and implement improvements via change management to remove quality issues.
• Maintain accurate records in Survitec knowledge system and share insights.
• Conduct product development work; translate customer needs into production guidelines.
• Foster Survitec values and an inclusive, safety-first culture across the team.
• Develop capabilities through training and external accreditation where relevant.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of technology, regulation, and industry best practices.
