Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Project Manager - Estimator to join a company on the outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex. The role blends office-based work with hybrid site visits, requiring own transport. You will convert customer briefs, prepare quotations, and provide project support across teams.

Key tasks include liaising with customers, reviewing drawings, maintaining records, and supporting pricing. Site visits and customer meetings are part of the duties to ensure accurate, timely estimates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar Project Management - Estimator role within the Construction/Manufacturing sector.
• Experience liaising with customers and working with technical drawings.
• Good IT skills, use of CRM / ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Convert customer specifications, technical drawings, and project briefs.
• Prepare accurate quotations by reviewing customer enquiries, drawings, specifications, schedules etc.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to confirm requirements.
• Maintain the project records, updating the progress of the works and ensuring are correct and up to date.
• Support the wider team with with pricing, quotation revisions, project queries and customer requirements.
• Attend meetings and site visits to see how the project is going etc.
