Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Estimator for a role on the outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex. Office based / hybrid with own transport required and visits to sites.

The role involves converting customer specifications and drawings into quotations, coordinating with customers and internal teams, maintaining records, and supporting pricing and quotations. Site visits are required as part of project oversight.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar Project Management - Estimator role within the Construction/Manufacturing sector.
• Experience liaising with customers and working with technical drawings.
• Good IT skills, use of CRM / ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Convert customer specifications, technical drawings, and project briefs.
• Prepare accurate quotations by reviewing customer enquiries, drawings, specifications, schedules.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to confirm requirements.
• Maintain the project records, updating the progress of the works and ensuring are correct and up to date.
• Support the wider team with with pricing, quotation revisions, project queries and customer requirements.
• Attend meetings and site visits to see how the project is going etc.
