Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Estimator to support projects on the outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex. The role focuses on preparing quotations, reviewing enquiries and coordinating with customers and internal teams to confirm requirements.

Office-based position with own transport required; you will maintain quotation logs and assist with pricing, revisions and project queries while attending meetings with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar Estimator role within Construction/Manufacturing, preparing estimates, quotations or tenders.
• Experience liaising with customers and working with technical drawings.
• Good IT skills, use of CRM / ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations by reviewing customer enquiries, drawings, specifications, schedules, etc.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to confirm requirements.
• Maintain the quotation log and relevant systems so that customer-project records are correct and up to date.
• Support the wider team with pricing, quotation revisions, project queries and customer requirements.
• Attend internal, customer and online meetings.

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Estimator to work for a company on the outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex. The Estimator will monitor and respond to customer enquiries, providing quotations, drawings, project support etc.

Location: Office based, outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex. Own transport required

Estimator duties:

• Prepare accurate quotations by reviewing customer enquiries, drawings, specifications, schedules etc
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to confirm requirements
• Maintain the quotation log and relevant systems so that the customer - project records are correct and up to date
• Support the wider team with with pricing, quotation revisions, project queries and customer requirements

Skills and experience:
