You will be responsible for the execution and readiness of our Grooming Care initiatives across our sites in Reading, UK, Aleksandrow in Poland, as well as our Contract Manufacturers within Europe.

Lead the technical and supply chain readiness of projects, identifying, communicating, and mitigating technical and supply-related risks.

Ensure project deliverables meet business needs and influence the strategic direction of the work to be done.

Collaborate with partners in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance to identify creative solutions for technology development.

Develop a robust project technical learning plan, identify risks early, and ensure timely project execution with excellence.

Coordinate day-to-day activities, including leading supply chain and technical team calls, interacting with partners, brainstorming solutions, and managing budget.

Clarify business objectives, define success criteria, and communicate issues effectively to drive decision-making.

Guide the initiative team to ensure on-time commercial, technical, and market readiness.

Build alignment with stakeholders on all plans, manage risks, and lead the integration of the multi-functional team for quality execution.

Strong project management and technical skills, preferably with knowledge of liquids making and packing manufacturing processes.

Ability to manage tasks and responsibilities across multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Strong leadership and partnership skills. Can operate and influence with sufficient independence to provide technical direction to the project team, and partner with multiple functions effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
