Job summary

Cyden Ltd in Swansea is seeking a Production Team Leader to drive production, quality, CI and safety by managing Lead Operatives and other resources. You will have full responsibility for all aspects of the production process on site.

You will support the Production Shift Manager, allocate tasks, monitor targets, ensure quality standards and maintain documentation while promoting a safe, efficient and compliant operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams on a busy shop floor.
• Strong knowledge of HSE and GMP/quality controls.
• Ability to train, coach and assess staff to meet competencies.

Responsibilities

• Drive production, quality, CI and safety goals.
• Allocate and manage resources to meet weekly plan.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements in line flow and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with PPE, documentation and housekeeping.
• Liaise with HR and training to ensure timely development.
