Qualifications

• Experience in a production/coordinator/administrator role within manufacturing.
• Strong computer administration skills with ERP/MRP and Excel; basic IT troubleshooting.
• Customer service experience in a manufacturing context, managing order queries and expectations.
• Good understanding of factory workflows and coordinating work across multiple production areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules and work orders using ERP/MRP systems and spreadsheets.
• Perform data entry, update production records, and generate reports.
• Serve as customer service contact for order queries, status updates and issue resolution.
• Monitor work progression across the factory floor, liaise with supervisors to remove bottlenecks and maintain flow.
• Coordinate materials, tooling and resources to support daily production requirements.
• Raise and track non-conformances and escalate production issues to management as required.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help implement process updates.
