Qualifications

• Experience in administration, purchasing or production coordination.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering or similar technical environments.
• Strong IT skills with ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.
• Confident communication with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proactive problem solving and follow-up actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer quotations and production works orders.
• Maintain accurate information in ERP/MRP system.
• Raise purchase orders for materials and subcontracted services.
• Order materials for current and upcoming production.
• Monitor outstanding purchase orders and delivery dates.
• Liaise with suppliers and chase delays.
• Communicate delays and shortages to relevant teams.
• Ensure materials are available to support production schedules.
• Update purchasing records and supplier data.
• Provide admin support to the office and production teams.
