Job summary

Jaguar Land Rover seeks a Process Leader in its Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre to guide Team Leaders and Associates in delivering high-quality production. You will drive continuous improvement, manage shift performance, and ensure adherence to GPS and QOS standards across the manufacturing area.

Collaborating cross-functionally, you’ll supervise safety, attendance, and quality processes, shaping a culture of excellence and accountability within a dynamic, iconic automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching teams in high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving with data interpretation to drive improvements.
• Knowledge of Safety Operating Systems and quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Team Leaders and Associates to achieve SQDCPE metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement and manage shift performance reporting.
• Ensure operation aligns with GPS principles and QOS techniques.
• Safely manage launches, rate of climb and steady-state production.
• Support attendance initiatives and disciplinary processes as needed.
