Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a manufacturing quality engineering role.
• Use structured problem-solving methods (8D, DMAIC, FTA, PDCA).
• Implement and maintain QMS per IATF 16949 standards.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Present information clearly to stakeholders and lead cross‑functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead escalated quality issue resolution with root-cause analysis.
• Coach and develop quality engineers for continuous learning.
• Govern application of QMS across manufacturing operations and compliance.
• Lead quality audits and drive corrective actions across the site.
• Deliver quality improvement projects to standardize processes and boost performance.
